Northfield Hospital Board Meeting, Thursday-December 16, 2004

Meeting was called to order by Steve Delzer. He introduced and welcomed the new Mayor, Lee Lansing, Shelly Kubitz, reporter from the Northfield News and Sue Mieska from the League of Women Voters.

Steve Delzer recognized C.C. Lindstroth for her years of service to the board as the representative for the City Council. Tonight was C.C.'s last meeting. C.C. thanked the board and expressed her positive feelings about her experience working with the board.

Item #1- Approval of Minutes 11/18/04
The board approved the minutes from the last meeting which was November 18, 2004. (Handout provided)
