The first National Bank of Northfield applied to build a two story, 11,200 square foot facility with 34 parking places after purchasing the property at 1611 Honeylocust Drive from Locus Limited Partnership (LLP.) Staff recommends approval of an Amendment to the Target PUD - Conceptual Development Plan to increase allowable building space and parking.

A motion passed to investigate and report to the City Council during review of the Conceptual Development Plan, methods to capture storm water on site with a goal being to capture and cleanse storm water at the SW corner of the site at the same level as the storm water at the NW and NE areas of the site.

A community outreach plan for revision of the Comprehensive Plan / Land Development Regulations is scheduled in the future.
