Parks and Facilities Department: Matthew Verdick

  1. Resolution #23-034 Support of Bridgewater Township application for State LRIP funding. For improvements 140 th Street East. Approved 
  1. Award of Contract No. 2470-SP 066-070-027. Roundabout. Involves 35W, County 19, County 46 and 59. Contract to go to BCM Construction, with bid at 4,769, 000.00. Grants will cover 3.3 million, 1.5 million county, with continuation looking at additional funding to offset costs to county. Expected work to begin next summer. Approved 
  1. Resolution #23-041. LRIP Grant application for CSAH48. In Faribault. Approved 

    Finance: Paula O’Connell:  

  1. Faribo Sno-Go Club Trails Administrator Acknowledgement. Approved  

Human Resources: Adam Johnson.  

  1. Remote Work Policy. Requesting approval of the policy. Purfeerst, Malacha, Docken concerned about department heads working remote, thinking they should be on site. Amendment to except the department heads from remote work. Policy approved with amendment.  

    Administration: Sara Folstad 

  1. Consent Agenda. Approved.
