In the winter of 2019, ten students from Serena Zabin’s history class at Carleton College, “History Beyond the Walls,” created an online history of the Northfield-Cannon Falls League of Women Voters in preparation for the 100th anniversary of the LWV.
The students dug through boxes at the Northfield Historical Society, pored over microfilm of The Northfield News, and interviewed many old and new members of the League. Make sure to check out the website that is the first fruit of their labors.
